Brenda Lea (Clutts) Flores, age 63 of Cobden, died Wednesday, May 11, 2022, at the Memorial Hospital in Carbondale. She was born May 6, 1959 in Anna, the daughter of William Van and Rose Marie (Vandergraph) Clutts.
Brenda is survived by her mother, Rose Marie “Pat” Clutts of Cobden; two brothers, Larry Allan (Jana) Clutts and Brian Edward Clutts all of Cobden; nieces and nephews, Bobbielyn Crews, Jeremy (Ayrica) Clutts, Jason (Rebecca) Clutts, Hali Clutts; great-nieces and nephews, Ayramis James Moschino, Lillian Jane Scott, Elijah Van Clutts, Israel Don Clutts, Josiah Gene Clutts, Guinevere Alice Rose Clutts, Sebastian Antonio Gonzalez, Gannon Matthew Clutts, Kylie Jo Clutts; other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her father.
Brenda was a devoted Christian and loved her Lord and Savior. She was an avid reader and enjoyed crocheting and needlepoint. Brenda loved her nieces and nephews as if they were her own children. She was retired from Mulberry Manor where she worked many years as an LPN.
Graveside funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m. Monday, May 16, 2022 at the Cobden Cemetery. Interment will immediately follow. Friends may visit with family after 10:30 and until the service at 11:00 a.m. on Monday at the cemetery.
