Dealing with a loss is devastating already but for me I had to handle the loss of my big brother Johnny and plan his arrangements from NY while he was in Anna IL. His passing was very unexpected. I have to say Jon walked me through every step of the process with kindness, compassion, professionalism and genuine care. The funeral home staff (Jon and Beth specifically) are extraordinarily kind people who walked my family and I through this process in such a way it made it even a little easier for us.
